As an employee, you can submit a social service request via email at verifications@thomas-and-company.com or by faxing it to 615-733-4475.
You may also generate a personal verification report in the Employee Access portal if your company has provided us with the needed authentication information that allows you to access to the Employee portal.
Please note, if you are unable to access the Employee portal, contact us at 615-620-0569 or email your request to verifications@thomas-and-company.com.
All 3rd party verifiers will need to go to our website at https://tncverify.com/ and create an account under the verifier option to obtain the verification.
