We have several options that can help streamline the process.
- If you are on SHIELD, you can see all the activity and requests in one place making it easier to manage the process.
- If you can pull a listing of the impacted employees, we have an option to upload a spreadsheet of information so that we have everything we need when the claims come in and we won’t need to reach out to you on each claim.
- If you provide us with a regular data feed, you can include a special COVID-19 separation code in the file that will be added to our system.
